JsRates Subscription Plans

JsRates offers two subscription options: a free demo plan for those starting out, and a full plan for comprehensive access to all features.

Demo Plan

The demo plan is designed to provide a thorough introduction to JsRates:

  • Trial Period: Unlimited time to test and explore the app's capabilities.
  • Request Quota: Up to 1,000 requests from the editor or the checkout page in test mode.
  • AI Characters: Up to 500,000 AI characters available for use.
  • Checkout Test Mode: Enable JsRates in test mode using "JsRates" as the customer's name at checkout. This requires third-party carrier-calculated shipping activated in your Shopify plan.

Ideal for users who want to familiarize themselves with JsRates before committing to a full plan.

Full Plan - $35/month

The full plan offers a complete suite of features for advanced use:

  • Unlimited Requests: No cap on requests across the editor, API, or checkout page.
  • AI Characters: A generous monthly allowance of 5,000,000 AI characters (note: unused quota does not carry over).
  • Checkout Activation: Fully activate JsRates or use test mode for checkout.
  • VS Code Extension: Edit your code using the JsRates extension in Visual Studio Code.
  • Exclusive API Access: Integrate your shipping rates directly on your product and cart pages, and with third-party apps.

For just $35 a month, the full plan ensures you have all the tools needed for a robust shipping rate solution.

Cancelling and Renewing

We understand that your needs may change over time, and we want to make the subscription process as flexible as possible. Here's how you can manage your Full Plan subscription with JsRates:

Cancelling Your Full Plan

If you decide to cancel your Full Plan subscription, you can do so at any time. Here's how it works:

  • Cancellation Process: To cancel your Full Plan, simply switch to the Demo Plan from your JsRates Plans page. Your Full Plan subscription will remain active until the paid 30-day cycle ends. Please note that Shopify operates on a 30-day billing cycle.

  • Remaining Access: During this period, you will continue to have access to all the features and benefits of the Full Plan, ensuring you don't experience any disruptions in your shipping rate capabilities.

Renewing Your Full Plan

Should you change your mind and wish to continue using the Full Plan after canceling it, you have the option to renew it before the current paid period ends. Here's how the renewal process works:

  • Renewal Option: After canceling the Full Plan, the upcoming expiration date is displayed on your JsRates Plans page. You can choose to renew your subscription at any time before the current paid period ends.

  • Remaining Time Credit: When you renew your Full Plan, you will receive a credit for the remaining time in your previous subscription. This ensures that you only pay for the time you use, and there is no double billing.
